Ceramic systems we can recommend
Ceramic systems incorporated within our laboratory include Duceram and Cercon Ceram ‘Kiss’: where optimising and enhancing the aesthetics of the tooth are key factors, resulting in an impressive and highly reliable porcelain finish. Cercon Ceram Kiss has been specifically designed for zirconia frameworks.
Our latest ceramic system, ‘Love’, builds on the same principles as ‘Kiss’ but incorporates an extensively precise choice of colour, available to ensure supreme translucency and natural shade effects, whether using V-Classic-Shades or V-3D-Shades. This minimises complications and presents highly reliable results every time.

IPS e.max System
This ultimate system expresses the versatility and strength of today’s metal-free esthetics and is the product of choice for both our Private and Premier Smile Design treatments at Hall Dental Studio. This is owing to the durability, esthetic properties and exceptional bio-compatibility in any ‘All-Ceramic’ restorative fabrication that we create using the system. We adopt two main technologies from the available IPS e.max systems:
IPS e.max Press - is lithium disilicate glass ceramic ingots that allow the optimum in metal-free restorative solutions with the core material boasting a flexural strength of 400 MPa. Ingots are available in different translucencies to promote natural looking dentition.
IPS e.max ZirPress combines the accuracy of lithium disilicate with the strength of zirconium oxide-reinforced restorations. ZirPress allows a realistic and predictable outcome in precision for every case, while promoting a combined superior strength and high fracture resistance: ideal for posterior and larger span bridgework.
IPS e.max Ceram is the layered ceramic system that creates expert aesthetic finishes on all e.max components including glass-ceramics or zirconium oxide. Thus, captivating the mechanical durability within beautiful ceramic effect, whichever sub-structure material is used.
